iOS Widgets

Filo's Home Screen Widgets let you stay on top of unread emails and to-dos without opening the app. Available in small, medium, and large sizes, each widget shows a real-time summary of your inbox.

Widget Sizes

  • •Small: Shows unread email and to-do counts at a glance.
  • •Medium: Displays unread email and to-do counts with a summary overview.
  • •Large: Full preview with email sender names, subjects, timestamps, and quick-action shortcuts (To-dos, AI Chat, Inbox, Compose).

Views

  • •Mail view: Shows your latest unread emails.
  • •To-do view: Shows your upcoming tasks and deadlines.

How to Add

  1. Long-press on your Home Screen.
  2. Tap the + button in the top corner.
  3. Search for "Filo".
  4. Choose your preferred size and tap Add Widget.

Tap any item on the widget to jump directly into the app for the full detail.
