AI Summary

Every time you open an email, Filo inserts a compact AI-generated recap at the very top—usually one-to-two crisp sentences, sometimes a tight paragraph, or a bullet list when there are multiple action points. Whatever the shape, it's always designed to let you understand the message before you scroll.

Why it matters

• •Clarity on demand – Lengthy status reports, dense legal language, or notes in a foreign tongue are boiled down into plain, actionable English (or any language you choose).
• •Faster decisions – Read the recap, then decide in seconds: reply, snooze, archive, or turn it into a To-Do.
• •Fully customizable – In Settings → Customize AI you can dictate the format:
  • "Keep summaries under 50 words."
  • "Start with action items."
  • "Translate to English and highlight deadlines in bold."
  Whatever prompt you save becomes the rule for every future summary.
