All of this sits on privacy-first architecture. Message bodies are not stored on our servers, local cache is encrypted, and AI requests go through zero-retention endpoints. You get an Agent that can help with real work, without giving up control of your inbox context.
FiloMail is free to start for personal use, and the free plan covers the core workflows most individuals need: understanding threads, drafting replies, and turning email into follow-through.
We also offer Filo Plus for heavier email-driven workflows. Plus includes access to stronger AI models, higher usage limits, and earlier access to more advanced Agent capabilities as they roll out.
We follow one rule: your inbox stays yours. FiloMail connects through secure OAuth, uses TLS for all traffic, and does not store raw message bodies on our servers. Email context is processed only to deliver the features you ask for.
For the workflows you create in FiloMail, such as summaries, tasks, and reliable sync, we keep only the minimum structured records needed to make those features work. They are encrypted at rest, never sold, never used for ads, and removable by you at any time.
AI requests go through zero-retention endpoints. We send only what is necessary for that request, and we do not use your data to train external AI models.

FiloMail is available on iOS, Android, macOS, Windows (64-bit), and Windows on ARM. We currently support Gmail natively, with additional providers planned. A web app is also on the roadmap.

Availability may vary by region. At the moment, mobile downloads are not yet supported in Mainland China. For most users, the easiest way to get FiloMail is through the App Store, Google Play, or the latest desktop installers on /download.
