How is FiloMail different from other AI email tools?
FiloMail brings Gmail, Outlook, and supported IMAP accounts into one email client. Free includes core email features and multiple accounts.
With Plus or pay-as-you-go AI credit, you can summarize emails, extract to-dos, draft replies, translate, use smart labels, and ask Filo AI about the email context and supported attachments you provide. These tools help you understand a thread and take the next step from your inbox.
AI data handling follows our Privacy Policy. Retention and logging depend on the provider and model.
What is the pricing for FiloMail?
Free includes core email features and multiple accounts. AI summaries, writing, translation, tasks and other AI features require paid AI credit.
Plus costs $9.9/month and includes $12 of AI credit each month. You can also buy credit without a subscription: $1 = $1 credit, with no automatic renewal. Both options provide the same AI features. If you have both, subscription credit is used first. See pricing for details.
How does FiloMail handle my data?
FiloMail processes the email context and content needed for the features you choose. For Gmail mail sync, Filo is designed not to persist raw Gmail message bodies or attachments except where needed to complete user-requested actions.
Conversations, uploads, generated outputs, and task records may be retained to provide the features you use. Retention and deletion depend on the data type, feature, and provider; some operational records may remain for security, recovery, or compliance.
AI retention, logging, and routing controls vary by provider and model. DeepSeek V4 Pro via OpenRouter uses Zero Data Retention for prompt and completion content where supported by OpenRouter's routing controls. Provider paths are configured so customer prompts and outputs are not used to train public or foundation models without permission.

Where can I use FiloMail today?
FiloMail is available on iOS, Android, macOS, Windows (64-bit), and Windows on ARM. Connect Gmail, Outlook, and supported standard IMAP mailboxes. See the account setup guides for provider-specific setup.

Is FiloMail available in my country?
Yes. FiloMail is available on iOS and Android, and our desktop apps are also available on macOS, Windows (64-bit), and Windows on ARM.
Availability may vary by region. At the moment, mobile downloads are not yet supported in Mainland China. For most users, the easiest way to get FiloMail is through the App Store, Google Play, or the latest desktop installers on /download.
