  2. For emails that need action, open the Thread to see the context, To-dos, and next steps. If there isn't a Thread yet, open the email and click AI to continue with Agent.

  1. AI personalization now uses editable rule files. Use the top-right shortcuts in Inbox and Todo to adjust email-handling and Todo-creation rules, or go to Settings > Personalization to manage all Agent behavior, memory, and user preferences.
